Springtime Spinning On the Farm

At long last spring has arrived here at Fiberculture Farm, turning our rolling hills into lush wavy green and our skies a deep azure blue. The animals and I have enjoyed a calm afternoon underneath the flowering trees, and I delighted in wearing a quickly woven crown of cherry and apple blossoms, while spinning soft homegrown alpaca fiber on the magnificent Ashford Elizabeth 30” wheel.
